A cultural food initiative rooted in family, tradition, and service.Upahara Heritage Kitchen is a program that preserves traditional family recipes, especially those passed down by elders, while using food as a tool for community connection and impact.Through storytelling, cooking, and shared meals, we honor cultural heritage and transform it into meaningful service opportunities, educational experiences, and fundraisers that support communities in India.

Upahara x Greater Baltimore Temple
is a collaboration with the Bal Vihar program that educates the younger generation on the importance of giving back to their community and raising mental health awareness. Through a pen-pal buddy system, this initiative connects youth in the U.S. and India to foster meaningful global relationships.

A collaborative initiative with the American Telugu Association (ATA), particularly the ATA Youth Conference, focused on engaging the youth through philanthropy. By driving sales for The Reddy Cookbook and fundraising, the project raised $200 while teaching young participants the value of community support, cultural connection, and fundraising for a cause.
